Assitance Please

Ok so I need some serious advice here. I have just recently started a new blog to focus on food, cooking, and my other passions. It started out as just food, but it had grown into something much bigger, and it has kind of usurped Whispers of the Earth. I want to know if you think I should make a full transfer over to the new blog, keep Whispers open even though the content would be very similar to the new blog, or simply discontinue Whispers.

This is a very tough decision I have to make as it means losing followers and possibly alienating a group of people as this new blog is a little more personal and caters more to my tastes. Please let me know your thoughts no matter how small you think they are. I need some outside guidance because my heart is muddying my head on this issue.

Thank You!

Exciting news! The blog has reached 14,000 views!

I feel so blessed to have all of my subscribers, fans, and followers across the internet. When we start getting close to 15,000 views I’m going to announce a contest to win a free bottle of lotion with a custom scent!

Stay tuned to find out how to enter!

Healthy Recipes: Black Sesame Smoothie

This recipe is from one of my favorite channels on YouTube. It is a very healthy, low fat, and nutrient rich smoothie made with sesame seeds, banana and soy milk. All of their recipes are absolutely wonderful, and this one is no exception.

If you enjoy cooking or eating Japanese cuisine definitely check out cookingwithdog on YouTube. Their recipes are authentic, the commentary is easy to understand, and chef is absolutely adorable and very talented. Enjoy.

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 250ml Original Unfortified Soy Milk (1.06 cups)
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Sesame Seeds (A coffee grinder works well)
  • Honey to taste (About ½ Tablespoon should work nicely)
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

I seriously cannot recommend Cooking with Dog enough. Their channel is wonderful and  always makes me hungry. Check them out by clicking the link above the video.
